In order to do this
1. Go to your Account icon [the icon with the gear]
2. Scroll down till you see the red font
3. Look for Inactive Verification Time:
4. Click on the down arrow on the small box within the text
5. Choose the last box that give you ' 1 year '
There you go! Now you can have your account be inactive for a year without getting banned! Please everyone make sure to do this before going on hiatus or they will make your account inactive and you would have to go through the process of talking to a moderator to reactivate it!
If you don't do this you will be given a minimum of 3 months before they deactivate your account. If you remember your email it will be an easy process but if you forget it it might take about 10-20 minutes to get it reset.
If you are not sure what you have to remember to get your account back just remember certain things only you would know about your account and they would give it back to you.
