Eep! This is a tough one. While I like the Bad Graphics Ghost, I love the Cheat Commandoes. So that's who I'm going to have to go with, an army of the Cheats!

Though, if the Goblin had made it past Eh, Steve!, I would be very tempted to choose the Bad Graphics Ghost, just because I like the match up.
