it doesn't seem very cluttered. but i think you should get you hair out of your face (maby that what makes it seem cluttered?) as far as rating i would give it a "7"

uhhh i like it!!! it dont seem clutered and i agree maybe the hair but who knows and probly a 6 or 7 good luck

I like the color scheme. Although, there are several things you could get rid of to lessen the clutter. You would only have to get rid of one or two, but it might be because of your hair (like people have already said), the little snowman, the bunny ears... I think that's it. I can't remember now, because I can't see your avitar.
Otherwise, it's pretty cute.

I think it's the top of your head - you've got four items on there, from what I can see (marshmallow, bunny ears, circlet, and CN scarf - all in the same area). The colors all look great, though. ^.^
(*wonders how it'd look without the circlet*)

I think that it looks fine. The color choices match really well. I dont' think that you need to change anything.
