	I saw the play when I was small. I only remember the part when he takes Christen on the boat down the river(?). I was really scared when he took off the mask and showed his face lol. The movie was good. It was cool 'cause we had to study the play and movie in my theater class.

	I saw the play twice before the movie came out, and loved it. After that and still before the movie, I read the book and rather disliked it. The movie was okay, but I hated the Phantom's voice, hot as Gerard Butler is.

	Tigerlily1029 I saw the play twice before the movie came out, and loved it. After that and still before the movie, I read the book and rather disliked it. The movie was okay, but I hated the Phantom's voice, hot as Gerard Butler is. yeah there should have been more heartache in the "christine i love you" line, and in the "go now, go now and leave me".... in the real phantom, oh it breaks your heart.
