//Intro
You can make your own shops in the trading posts subforum. This idea was by Crowfoot and Konalou and they are the moderators of this subforum. PM all questions and shop inquiries to soquili~shops please. You can use the gold you make to help out your soquili quest or just do whatever you want with it. Shops made by questers are encouraged!

//Rules
1. Do not steal anyone's art or banners
2. You must use your own art or banners that you created, unless you are permission...no art theft
3. You must get approval from soquili~shops and pay 500g construction fee. (Sent to soquili~shops.)
4. Do NOT make your own thread. Any threads made can and will be deleted.
5. Be respectful of others
6. Each shop can make it's own rules but the rules must be in agreement with the Gaia TOS and these rules.
7. Keep everything PG-13
8. When someone purchases something at your shop you enter into a contract in which good/services are done in exchange for gold/items. Failure to not abide by that contract can lead to shop deletion or if serious, blacklisting from the Soquili shop.
9. Nothing sold in user created shops is allowed to go onto a Soquili cert. The only items allowed to go on a soquili's cert are sold in Harperking, Celeanor, and Tasunke's trading posts.
10. If you have high quality art and coloring and wish to create soquili items to make your own shop.. or just to make the items then PM Soquili for permission and with samples. High quality art has lines that match the soquili quality such as items that are sold in the Official trading posts. If the PM is read and not responded to after a few days then it means 'no'. I'm really picky about what items can be placed on a soquili's cert so do not take offense to your own art.
11. Understand that all shopkeepers have a life outside Gaia...but after 3 months of not honoring the contract then a refund is required.
12. If the contract is broken more than twice, then the shopkeeper will have to close their shop.

FAQs

Q: How many items can we sell?
A: You may sell as many as you want, although, we do not suggest selling more than two different items.

Q: Would, for example, a chibi anthro fanart, and a regular anthro fanart, be counted as two different items?
A: No, it is still the same item, so it would be counted as one item.

Q: Can we co-own shops?
A: This is a real iffy subject. In some cases it's okay, but in others, it's not. For example, if it's a "you do the lineart and I color" type of thing, than sure! However, if it's two (or more) people selling completely different things, but in one thread, than that's a big no-no. That would be like having two mini-shops right there If everyone shares threads, especially if they didn't win a slot in the raffle, than there will still be a mass flood of shops, despite the raffle limiting the amount of shops created, and that's exactly what we're trying to prevent.
