Tales Of Blood

Prologue

The white boat docked slowly on silent waters in the dead of night in the continent of Trelenski. From the boat walked three people a Human an Elf and a Vampire. The human is Salana Killmere a warrior of sorts wielding two blades of varying length one blade of which is 3ft long and another of which is 6 ft long. The elf is called Kira Nightglow Proficient with a bow and ranged attacks from growing up in her woodland home among her ancestor elves after her parents were brutally slain by an army of the undead. The vampire is called Terra De Luivere a elemental warrior a controller of element's and a wielder of blades he grew up in solitude after his parents were killed in a gang war after his parents were killed he was rejected from normal society and was forced to live a life of solitude in the depths of the slums as an outlaw.

Chapter 1
Kira,Salana and Terra walked from the boat in to the twilight streets of the Trelenski city called Kilmara Expecting the city to be dead although the buildings were bursting with life.
“Fancy a bite to eat Kira ?” asked Salana
“Sure”said Kira begging to feel her stomach
“you can only have one Terra you know the rules” said Kira
“Fine but i get to pick elders taste better”smirked Terra
“As long as it isn't a priest i don't want to have to save your arse again Terra” Sighed Salana
“You had fun Killing the guards though”replied Terra
“Thats not the point were here to hunt Demons not other humans” said Salana
“Sorry Terra i gotta agree with Salana”replied Kira
“Well shall we book a room already”Terra hissed
“Sure i can see your dying to feed your looking pale you want a middle aged person with lots of blood to keep you going” said Salana thoughtfully
Then Terra,Kira and Salana walked along the cobble stone streets with the twilight sky above them an the bustling yellow light from the buildings leading there way among the dark they found there way to Kamakarne a solitary pub at the end of the street with easy access to the rest of the city.
“This will do fine”said Terra
“Yes i agree easier for Terra to bring his victims back and feed without being noticed”said Kira
“Fine here we stay then”replied Salana
Salana,Kira and Terra entered the must tavern with the smell of stale beer and smoke assaulted there senses. They saw a dark corner table lit with nothing except a single candle.
“That table there”whispered Terra
Terra then walked over to the table through the must air and sat in the furthest corner,Kira and Salana following Terra's lead hoping no one had noticed how pale he was Kira and Salana then took there seats shielding Terra form watchful eyes.
“Maid”called Kira
“watch your manners we don't know what these people are like”hissed Salana
A few minutes later a slender young female walked over to them “may i take your orders”she asked
“A pint for me”said Salana
“A shot of southern comfort here if you don't mind”said Kira
“You sir “she asked Terra
“Nothing for him”replied Kira
Terra scowled at Kira
“I was gonna ask for her you moron shes young has plenty of blood” whispered Terra
“Just wait Terra you will have her you got to have patience”hissed Kira
“Right i am going to find out about lodgings”said Salana
Salana walked over towards the bar where a man of about 45 was working behind the bar
“May i help you kind sir”he asked
“Maybe you can he asked What is the cost of your lodgings”asked Salana
“5 gold a night Sir”the barmen replied
“Ill take it heres 10 gold for me an my two friends”said Salana
“Here are your keys please lock up as you leave the room sir”said the barmen
Salana walked back to the table and took his seat next to Kira where his pint was awaiting him
“well we have our room sorted”said Salana
“Terra that girl is about to leave an whats on your mind you seem preoccupied” said Kira
“I am thinking of turning her” said Terra
“WHAT”hissed Salana and Kira in unison
“Well they say you cant always be a single vampire living alone an hunting alone an she looks cute”replied Terra.
“Well its up to you Terra but if she turns out to be a b***h I will kill her”said Kira
“fine im not bothered i could use the company though” Terra Said
Terra then stood up and walked out the door stalking the young girl until they got 15 paces from the pub. He then struck her on the back of the head Rendering her unconscious Terra then picked the girl up and walked around the back of the pub jumping up to the second floor window with ease and clambering through the window He put the young girl on the bed an sat across the room from her awaiting her to regain consciousness. The girl aroused from her sleep alert and cautious
“Where am I ?” the maid whispered
“second floor of the pub”whispered Terra
“I found you unconscious 15 paces from the pub an brought you back here”said terra
“I thank ye kind Sir” said the maid
“now what is you name fair lady ? “ asked Terra
“my name is Jessica” she replied
“hmm Jessica a nice name”said Terra
“thank you and may i ask yours fair sir ? ”Jessica asked
“My name is Terra” he replied
“Terra your friends with them other two arn't you, your the one who didnt order a drink” she said
“yes and for good reasons”hissed Terra
“what reasons are they if i may ask ?” Jessica asked
“my drink is right in front of me””said Terra
“oooo a vampire i always wanted to be one of them”Jessica laughed
“seriosuly ?”Terra asked
“Yeah for the extra speed strength and stamina so i could avenge my parents”Jessica said
“So you want me to turn you then ?”asked Terra
“If you would Terra” Jessica Said
“Fine this may be painfull but you have to wait here for a moment”Terra said
“okay just dont leave me here all night Terra” Jessica said
Terra stood up from his chair walking to the room door opend it then shut it behind him walked down the stairs avaoiding the creaky boards walked over to Kira and Salana.
“order another room i need the one we have odered for me and Jessica” said Terra
“Your Definatly going to turn her then ?”asked Kira
“Well she now knows im a vampire an wants to be turned”whispered Terra
“why does she want to be turned though ?”asked Salana
“To avenge her parents deaths”Terra replied
“Now the key if you will”Terra hissed
Salana Reached in to his jacket Pulling out the Key handed it to Terra
“Thank you Salana”said Terra
