Out of all 10 planets(Mercury, Venus, Moon((Earth)), Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Sedna) are having war with each other. They each have allies (see below)

Characters:Anglie Gaian Name: Anglie Name in RP: Anglie Planet: Sedna Gender: female Powers: moving things with her mind, orbing(simular to teleporting), and Weapons: sword(only when she makes it appear doe s she have it) place: Princess Age: 10 Apperance: (her hair isn't braided)  Bio: Anglie loves her planet. She hates the war and wants to stop it. She will only attack to defend herself. Xanatos Forever Gaian Name: Xanatos Forever

Powers (max:3): Mercurian Alacrity and Reflexes (runs at lightspeed, etc.), Solar Absorption (replaces need for sustenance and rest for a time, and can be channeled into a beam attack), Mercurian Conditioning (can learn new things and adapt to changing situations with unparalleled speed and accuracy)
Weapons: Mercurian Soulbrand (a sword with an edge honed down to the molecular level, allowing it to cut through almost any known substance with ease: designed specially to withstand extreme speeds and energy bombardment), Solar Guantlets ( Guantlets designed to absorb solar energy, increasing damage potential).
Place(slave, normal, royal, ect.): Elite Warrior, First son of Mercurian High Council Leader.
Age: 17
Apperance: 5'7", Lean build. He has slicked back, black hair, with brown eyes. When participating in formal functions (balls, meetings with delegates, etc.) He wears the standard blue gown that marks his status in society. When not attenting functions, he can be found in standard attire for commoners, much to the disapproval of his family. When going into battle, he wears a sleek, skintight suit, which reduces friction when he uses his speed, the Mercurian Soulbrand strapped to his waist in a specially made scabbard, and the Solar Guantlets on his hands.
Bio: Xun is a typical Mercurian teenage boy. He believes the fastest response is the best, and enjoys a good brawl, which is why he joined the Mercurian Warriors. He doesn't really care much for the war, and prefers one on one battles to large skirmishes. His favored tactic in battle is to reach the opposing general and challenge him to a duel. Not only does he get a fair fight, but if and when he defeats his opponent, it deals a massive blow in the opposing forces' morale.

What kind of game is this gonna be, and where do you want the line drawn on powers? Is this supposed to be a war fought by hero's who can slaughter fleets of war ships single handedly, or something along the lines of Gundam, where the players are extraordinary people, but still only people? or perhaps something in between?

It's going be about the planets going to war with eachother. For the powers no one can be to powerful. They can't have all the powers or somthing like that, (aka: no one is to powerful they have to have a weakness at some point). I have never heard of Gundam, What's it about? Pretty much everyone has powers.
(I got this idea from Sailor Moon along time ago)

Oh, a Sailor Moon esque type game, or at least kinda the worlds they'd be from then. I can get into that. Time to put thought into a char then I guess.
Gundam is also about planet wars and stuff. I know most about Gundam Wing though (which still isn't much). Basically, there's a bunch of space station colonies, and they declare war on earth, wanting to rule themselves. Or at least that's the plot for most of them.
Also, could you tell me aobut the asteroid belt? How are you planning to use that? A world that was destroyed in times past perhaps? Or even if it was, does that matter at all to the current in habitants? Are they a Nation in their own right, or just a bunch of mining communities owed by a different world, most likely mars or Jupiter, though, depending on time frames, Earth would probably be the only one with the military might to protect such a vast area. Or maybe not. That would really depend on time frames and such.
