Tips for Writing:
Be Literate! A few mistakes are okay but no one wants to read misspelled words and bad grammar.
Also, when it comes to your main and even minor characters - put some depth into them. And be original too.

may I add something? from past experience, people don't always check their own posts in subforums so please respond to homework answers with a simple pm saying, "please check homework subforum." Also, don't rely on this subforum because, people don't always go into subforums. people, mainly your parents and teachers are always your safest bet.

Question: In addition to displaying one's writing, is this also the place to discuss writing? Like, the merits of fanfiction over original stories (or original stories over fanfiction) from a writer's point of view, as an example.

Makes me very glad I grew up and left school years ago.

Then again, I never actually *did* my homework. Still aced my exams tho. And I am always ready and willing to help people with creative writing issues
