Name: Bluefire Dreamer

Race: 1/2 white, 1/2 Native American

Parents: Born to a Souix woman and a white settler (story to be developed later)

Bio: Blue is rather quiet and reserved, perfering the company of animals, especially Soquili, to people. Being a halfbreed herself, she feels a kindship with Orah. Blue loves to play with her soquili, but doesn't have much time now that she's working on making her teepee from a traveling pack into a real home.

History: Blue was always a sort of outcast in her village, and never felt she fit in. She often visited the nearby settler's town to trade things she and her mother had made, and it was there that she came upon the circus where she found Orah. Feeling a connection, she bought the horse and brought her home. When dreams of a creature of blue flames started to come to her, her village shaman decided that she must follow these dream-visions, because they would lead her to her destiny. She travels as the dreams direct her with her faithful zorse companion, and the two have finally arrived at the Soquili village. Since Blue hasn't yet had a dream that tells her to move on, she's settled into her teepee, rather grateful for the break from traveling.

Orah is a sweet, shy little zorse mare. Her father was a zebra in a circus, her mother one of the show horses. An escape one night led to her being created, and she spent much of her life in the circus, being trained to do tricks and such. Blue found her and the circus one day, and fell in love with the little mare. Being half native and half white, she knew what is was to be torn between two worlds and felt great kinship with the zorse.

They've been traveling together, chaising after a dream-vision that came to Blue.

Daughter of two Zorses, Orah and Maverick, Sorcha isn't really sure where she belongs in the scheme of things, but that hardly holds her back. Bold, brash and loud, Sorcha is everything her mother isn't, though she shares Orah's sweet temperament, and love for those funny two-leggers.

As far as Sorcha is concerned, life has to be lived, and you have to be out in front, leading the way, if you want to really live it. She's incredibly curious, and it tends to get her into a good deal of trouble, especially when she inelegantly topples over something belonging to some poor two-legger. Other Soquilli fascinate her, especially those that can fly, and once you get her started the flood of questions never ceases.
