what does wrong mean i know it means considerd bad by society but lets look at the facts in some cultures its ok to eat people. thats just one example but this i bring onto you what makes something wrong truly wrong, when their are many nations that say something is wrong yet dont consider what other cultures think is wrong.

It's wrong to kill, it's wrong to destroy things that dn't belong to us. Like earth, it's not ours, it's our childrens.

Things like this lead me to believe that "right" and "wrong" is an opinion instead of a fact. Let's take Adolf Hitler. In my opinion, it was a fact that he was an evil man, but of course there are people in the world who think he was a great man. *shrugs* There are things that I believe are wrong, but chances are, no matter what you think, someone out there'll truly believe it's ok.

in all honesty, right and wrong does not exist, good and evil does not exist, it is all a thought, a concept we hold onto, a thought we hold dear, and shun those who would not beleive. Religons show us the biggest "thoughts" that we try to say are right and wrong, and some believe in theese so strongly, they kill, or get killed in the name of them. All I can say is that it is a good thing that those who believe, do believe, for without that, this wourld would be in a constant state of disaray, without compassion or thought of what might be right, or wrong.........

To define wrong you must in retrospect defire right. What is right? I guess this all depends on a moral code. A code of ethics defines all things right and wrong -- good and evil. It just depends on the person. I would think that if you do something and feel remorse for it, you would consider it wrong. Relgion tells us right from wrong. A good way to learn is from nature. Animals hunt. They defend themselves. All these things are right. So what makes animals different from us? I guess that's where the true answer of right and wrong should derive.

Okay, really, we've got a thread for this already. I'll bump it up shortly, but in the interest of keeping this forum clean, I'm gonna be locking this one. If you really think there's a difference between the two to warrant two threads, PM me and we'll discuss it. The THREAD!!
