Old Wheels from Fishing

What do you do with these wheels besides selling them to Logan?

Heard that you can use them for car customization. But even though the wheels are in my inventory, they're not showing up in the car customization.

The old tires can be used to make an Old Tire Hat (dunno if that's what it's called; it's basically a tire snugged down over your avi's head). I hadn't heard about the car customization usage, but personally I'd chalk that down as a rumor. ^.^

i think i saw it somewere on the event list
