Ok, I’m going to Randolph Macon (I probably spelt it wrong) for summer school. So, I decided that I’m going to post my daily thoughts on the school, and stuff. (Thank god ill have internet connection) don’t worry, ill change it back to the poems and random crap when I’m done.
So, I went to the open house today. That was interesting; I guess you could say... It’s sad to say I didn’t know what PDA was (public display of affection) until a parent asks "will the students be allowed to date and show PDA?" I seriously went to my old man and said "PDA?" Yeah, it’s sad when a 14 year old doesn’t know what PDA means... Let me guess... you didn’t either. Yeah, were in the same boat. So, anyways. Back to the point. It’s a nice school (although I don’t appreciate having to go to mandatory church service every Monday. -_-) It’s really oldish; that was the best word I could come up with. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it wasn’t that, ill tell you. They have a "bookstore" in the basement (well, I don’t really know where it is, now that you mention it...) it was by the girls’ dorm and "mixed" lounge. (There’s separate boys and girls lounge) it wasn’t open, but when I look though the window, I didn’t see any books. I can say I saw cups, bears, tampons and sweatshirts, but no books. Dad, if you’re reading this, just remember this: I will send you a book list that I want mailed to me. Or you could drive it up, just as long as you get them to me._____. Ok, back to the point: Randolph Macon. Ok, we were o the point, but it makes me sound cool. The dorm rooms weren’t at all what I expected. And this time I had a little idea. last year I was reading this article about this person who went to a Japanese American type thingy (cant remember full details of corse, cause the laptop I saved the site ones hard drive died -_-) and her dorm room was pretty big (judging by the picture) But there, it was like a cupboard. It was pretty small. And the beds... Put nicely: the didn’t look the greatest. But, let’s face it: were not going there to sleep (well, I am thank.you.very.much.) were here to learn! -Insert really cheesy high pitched voice here- Ok, it wasn’t really that bad (the beds were -_-) but hey- can’t be perfect. Ok, yes it can.
Now, the only question I have in my mind now is: How the heck am I going to sleep with all the quiet?! gonk
(dad, I did the spelling just for you! >=o)
