So I had a date last Friday =DIt was a blind date. I've never had a real one before (Homecoming doesn't really count Dx) The guy who does my glasses set me up with his son.
It was a group thing, my best friend, her husband, this guy and me. We all went to dinner at Red Robin and when the waiter seated us he sat next to me in the booth ( blaugh ). Anyway, we made the waiter come back 3 times before we realized we needed to order xD So we did, and talked until our food came. So we ate/talked and he paid for mine and his dinner and my friend paid for her and her husband's dinner
We tried to go see a movie but by the time we got to the movies, there weren't any good ones to see until 9:15 or 9:50 (it was only 8:00) so we decided to go play pool instead. So we headed down to a bar/arcade to play some pool and had a great time (me and my "date" were on a team x3). We played until almost 10, when my mom called and said that the football game my brother was playing in was in the 4th quarter. So I payed and we started to leave. But my friend and I had to go to the bathroom
So anyway, throughout the evening, my friend tells me that he seems like a great guy. She really likes him and says he's great for me =) I'm glad about it.
My friend, the guy and I walked back to her car, he and I hugged each other good night (twice! whee ) and he watched us leave.
So, overall, it was a good night =3 We've been texting each other since Monday too, so who knows? Maybe we'll get another date 3nodding
