LOS ANGELES, Calif. (October 26, 2007) - Orlando Bloom will not be prosecuted for an accident that took place earlier this month, in which two passengers were injured when the actor plowed into a parked car.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirmed it will not prosecute the actor for the car crash, which occurred around 2:15 AM on the morning of October 12.

Though Bloom will not be charged in the incident, the DA's office has released new information about the crash.
Despite earlier reports that Bloom was being chased by two vehicles, the DA's paperwork indicates that the "Pirates of the Caribbean," actor had many more on his tail.

"The suspect was being pursued [by] four vehicles containing paparazzi and one vehicle containing fans," the DA's Charge Evaluation Worksheet noted.
While some reports have indicated Bloom tried to flee the scene following the crash, the DA report indicates that the actor actually moved, "in an apparent attempt to avoid the paparazzo's continued pursuit," the DA document read.
Also the report notes that Bloom was not driving under the influence, "but was dazed according to his statement to police," it said.
A rep for the actor released the following statement to Access Hollywood following the crash.
"Orlando Bloom, who was in a minor car collision late last night, is grateful that no one was seriously injured. Bloom called for help immediately following the incident. He spent last night at the hospital to be with his childhood friend who sustained a minor neck injury. He is thankful that emergency services arrived so quickly and that the ER staff at Cedars Sinai took such good care of his friend."
================================================= Poor Orli, I saw the clip on TMZ and let me tell you. I hate paparazzi! If anyone notices he went tp the other person's car to see if he was okay. But, Yet he is the bad guy for hitting them. It was the press that was on his car's tail. Which made him crash. So, it was not Orlando Bloom's fault! It was the paparazzi! Just like how they killed Lady Diana.
