Because, I get like, ideas and stuff, but it's just like what you'd read on the back of a book, or, like a summary, and I can't write it...
Either that, or I'll get a scene in my head, and it doesn't fit in with anything. Just a random scene will pop in my head...
Like, an idea I had, a serial killer who, like, I don't know, (so many holes. D: but anyways...) he makes people answer tough math problems and kills them if they're wrong.
