Background: Lucias was born in the Great Northern Forest of Taren in the Forest Tribe. It is customary that in the Forest Tribe, there be no magic, so his mind was honed to produce psychic energy and he has a more mental aspect rather than magical. There he also learned as a child to use a Bow. When he was 11 years old, there was a raid from the Kingdom to the South which killed Lucias' immediate family. So he went North to the Mountains of Pama to live with his Grandmother in the Mountain Tribe. There he learned the ways of the Shielded Gauntlet. Lucias also befriended Wilster, a 17 year old male from the Water Tribe in the Great Lakes of Athenia. Wilster taught Lucias to use a Longsword and in turn Lucias taught him to use a Bow. Once the two had mastered all three of the Valleys Weapon Styles, the two went south in search of adventure. After they passed through the Great Forest, they got no more than a days way out until they were attacked by a patrol of the King's Royal Guard. The fight was long and hard but the two boys won. However, during the fight, Wilster had become mortally wounded and died shortly after. Lucias vowed to avenge his friend's death and after a proper burial, continued south.
