Zombies are typically depicted as mindless, shambling, decaying corpses with a hunger for human flesh, and in some cases, human brains in particular. Well, this is where the line is drawn. No longer are zombies the stupid and slow bags of decaying flesh the movies have made them out to be. The zombies you will be encountering passed this post are stronger, faster, and smarter than before. True, they still can't drive, or operate machinery or guns. But they have the basic instincts to use knives and blades. They can cooperate with each other now through grunts and groans. There organized. But are the survivors?

An infestation has taken over the world. What started off small and harmless soon became to evolve and mutate at an exceedingly dangerous rate. The government thought they could handle it. Hide the terrorfying truth from the public with lies and scandals, but it soon grew too big for them to handle. Even if only one monsterous zombie escaped, the world would tip out of balance. And that's exactly what happened.
One turned into two, and then two into four, until soon half the world was populated and infected by the walking dead. The governemtn gave up trying to hide their experiments, announcing to the world that unless something was done, the infestation would only get worse. Without warning, bombs began to drop, destroying cities, towns, and people; zombie and human alike. But it doesn't stop there. The governemtn couldn't fire upon themselves, so the zombie hordes that were surrounding them overpowered the soldiers with guns and tactical training, raided the buildings and offices, spreading their disease until no one was left alive. The orders stopped coming in, transmissions went dead, and the US was left smoking and destroyed.
Survivors, that somehow managed to take cover before the bombs were dropped and the zombies began attacking are still alive in the US. On the other side of the world, the military leaders are laughing in their chairs, watching the US destroy themselves. Little did they know that the time to invade couldn't have been any worse. As naval ships and jets alike came over, they soon began to realize why the Americans took such drastic actions. When their soldiers stopped reporting in, the people began to grow suspicious. It wasn't until a late transmission did they realize what they had done.

{ L } iteracy
1. At least 2-5 sentences. This is not a literate roleplay, but please, NO one-liners. One liner's are never ever okay in this RP. Even if you have writer's block, describe your surroundings, the zombies scratching at your door, something to make it longer.
2. No chat speak, 1337, whatever you want to call it. It's only allowed in the OoC, if I decide to make one.
3. Correct punctuation, grammer, and spelling. Easy. If you don't know if you did wrote down something correct, spell check it on Microsoft Word, or get Firefox. Firefox = spell check on internet. A misspelled word is not your impending doom, unless you continue to do so. Then, I'll PM you about it.
4. Don't put too much detail in a post. We do not want to read 2 paragraphs explaining about the scenery. And don't go too in depth on things, like on how a building was made. Nobody really gives a crap about that building.
{ P } rofiles
1. Please do not do the old 'parents-died-living-with-relative/friend' history for your character, unless there is a huge twist in it. We want something interesting other than dead parents.
2. PM Me all Profiles. Titled: Brains Taste Like Chicken.
3. Be creative with your character. Don't make them outgoing or quiet. Way too simple.
4. Killing other characters is only allowed if you have that person's consent. Even if they turn into a zombie, they still might want to RP, so ask them through a PM if they really want to die. Which reminds me. If you don't want to participate in this RP anymore, instead of just quiting, shoot a bullet through your head. It's much more fun that way.
5. You can only play three character right now. If you take on these many, please take the responsibility of playing them all. Even if you end up RPing with yourself for a bit, it's all for the good of the cause.
6. No real life pcitures. Anime or Comic pictures only. Be sure to make your Picture in URL form. We'll say this once, And ONLY once for the 'Special' people. Make it so that your picture is a link, that we can click on to veiw your picture. Not some big damn photo that takes up all our space! D:<
{ P } osting
1. Posting formats are fine. Just make sure it doesn't blind our eyes. Please. And don't make it too big.
2. Same goes with colors. Nothing too bright. And make sure we don't have to highlight it just to read it.
3. 10-12 font for your post. Nothing larger or smaller. This rule does not apply to the posting format.
4. 3rd person only.

1. PG-17, and the only reason the rating is so high is because of language, violence, gore, and horror situations. Please, for the love of all that is ood and great, do NOT have sex in my RP. If you want to kiss some girl before killing yourself, go ahead. A hug here, or a sign of affection there to show that you still care, but I will NOT TOLERATE cybering while the world is going to Hell! Seriously people!
2. Do not f-bomb your whole paragraph. Cursing is fine, seeing as how thousands of teens these days resort to it. If you have a big problem with it, I'd advise that you either quit or put up with it and don't whine about it. }

1. Respect us like we're not about to get eaten. Respect everyone as your equal. Don't rank yourself above someone else just because you can type more paragraphs.

• • •-Personality;; A rebel but with common sense. Often fights with her head and not her heart, though she has problems shooting kids. Has a nervous habit of talking a lot when she feels cornered or threatened, has a twitchy triggerfinger. She can get along with anyone as long as you're not screaming and attracting more zombies.
• • •-History;; She's watched enough horror movies to know better, but the zombies she's already encountered seemed to be different. There more dangerous than she could have ever imagined, where even trying to find food is becoming too much of a problem. To lose the zombie hordes so far, she has had to lure them all into a building before going up to the roof and jumping over to the next building. It seemed to have worked, but they caught on quickly, but by that time she was already down the block.
She was married, but they had divorce a couple of months before the virus outbreak. She doesn't regret her decision, but feels terrible that she had to leave her family behind in the next state over. When left alone, she talks to anything that might be there, including zombies, dead bodies, or even inanimate objects.
