See the boy watching, waiting, wishing he could do something. Watch as the boy leaps from his hiding spot and embraces the girl. Her little tears have brought down te boy's stone-hard self.

Doing something little can make a big change. Appreciate the little things today. Hug someone. Smile. Off a stanger a pencil in class when they need one. Supply an extra paper. Put up someone else's stuff. Pick up a peice of litter. You could start a chain reaction.
