Welcome to Erkölcstelen City! This once proud city is now run down and corrupt. At one time it was peaceful and very successful , but the government ((The mayor)) went corrupt and now his guards roam the streets, arresting and wiping out anyone who goes against the them. The city was once named Bhavya, meaning large and elegant, but once the government went corrupt they changed the name to Erkölcstelen, meaning corrupt. There is a group of rebels who are trying to overthrow the government, but they obviously must meet in secret so as not to be caught.
There is also a lot of crime and gang wars as well. There is a forest in a part of the city that has become overgrown and an Elven Village lies here undisturbed for many years. The city has a Black Market that will sell Animals, Humans, Half-Breeds, or anything interesting. The laws governing these sold creatures are very cold and cruel.The mayor does want to stop this from happening though, but because of the level of corruption it it has become nearly impossible to do this, or so the rumor goes. The police have also been corrupted and bribed to bend to the government's will. The city is separated into four districts, one for each corner, the Corrupt, the Fallen, the Rich, and the Market. The four corners meet in the middle.
The Rich district lies on the beach in the North-West portion. It has the most prestigious schools in the area and is where most of the aristocrats and government people live. Most people still travel by horse and buggy because this part of the city is also the oldest, but the cars that sit in the driveways are Rolls Royces and other cars of that type.
The North-East district is the Corrupted district. Basically, anarchy reigns. Garbage is rolling about on the street. Homeless people roam. Here is where the Black Market is where animals, demons, humans, half-breeds, etc are sold as pets and slaves. Also, the rebels meet in here somewhere, planning to overturn the government, but guards are often patrolling here to search for the rebels, though they are very well hidden.
The Southwest area is the Business District, where most of the commercial business happens. It is by far the most modern part of the city.
The South-East is the Fallen District that had been taken over by plants, the buildings are covered in plant life and some are crumbled. The lake lies in the center of this district. Also, some groups of free creatures meet to plan how to free their people from the illegal market. It is also where they often flee to when they escape.
