I'll start off by saying, happy Easter all! biggrin
Now. I attended my church's sermon today, seeing as my mom dragged me there. -.- And at this sermon, the pastor explained several theories about exactly how Jesus rose from the tomb. One theory in particular stuck with me. It was something along the lines of, "Jesus was not really reborn, did not really rise from the dead. In fact, when he entered the tomb, he was still alive! (Me: ...how? O.o) Jesus actually drugged himself to seem like he was dead, then when he was placed in the tomb the cold woke him up and he rolled the rock aside and then left."
Me: Drugged himself?! That doesn't seem very realistic. sweatdrop
The reason this, out of he other theories, stuck with me was because it reminded me of Romeo and Juliet, and then of "Cantarella."
For the most part, we know the tragedy of the two "star-crossed lovers," blah blah blah. Remember how in the end, Juliet drank a potion that made her seem like she was dead, was taken to the Capulets' tomb, then Romeo thought she was dead, killed himself, Juliet woke up, found him dead, and killed herself. That potion she took reminded me of the Japanese Vocaloid song, "Cantarella" originallyby Hatsune Miku and (Shion?) Kaito.
I found all this really weird, and wondered if if that theory about the drugging was true, had Jesus taken Cantarella? O.o
And this is just what happens when I let my mind wander during an uber-long sermon. razz Needless to say, I was bored to freakin death. gonk
Done! And I might feel like putting up the storylines behind some Vocaloid songs if I get bored or requests. wink
