Yes. Ever since the Rose Guardian came out, which is the knockoff of Utena's uniform from 少女革命ウテナ (Shoujo Kakumei Utena, or Revolutionary Girl Utena) I decided to try to make my white version of the Bara no Hanayome (薔薇の花嫁, Rose Bride) gown from the anime. Art here can be with the same expectations of course if you wanted to draw her with Ciro (either version from the first or second Love Charm is fine.), that is perfectly okay.
