Loose Ends (7) In which Lily has a panicked monologue and basically does nothing. Out of all the situations she had dreamed would never happened to her, this one hadn't crossed her mind. So she had no idea what to do when she ran into both of them, one staring suspiciously and the other with an obliviously friendly smile. Luckily, she had just arrived on the scene and was yet to be noticed, a skeptically nervous look on her face as she glanced between the two. What was she going to say? The hell was she supposed to do? That goddamn childhood friend of her's and his distracting new features. Shut up brain, just shut up. Who needs you anyways. For a few moments she contemplated quietly running away, but what if they interacted more? Faintly wondering what had possessed her to follow the sounds of dangerous explosions she hovered near the edge of a building awkwardly, still contemplating what action to take as the two boys interacted. She decided just to lean against the wall with an amused smirk, inwardly scrambling for something to say if she was spotted. Needless to say, things were going to be awkward. But who was that minor character in part 6? That sass reminds me of Nia...but surely not...

"Giovanni Altercast-" He blinked, almost closing his mouth halfway through and sounding as if he cut himself off somehow.
He wasn't a wizard anymore. Should he even keep that name? He did make it up, after all.
And if they found out who he was...well... good things couldn't possibly happen.
I mean, Daemon, for one, if he found out I was in the afterlife, after breaking up that marriage... He blinked again. It wasn't possible to kill him when he was already dead, was it? Somehow he didn't want to find out.
But it was too late. He'd said it now. His name was out there, flipping around in the silence like a fish out of water. Maybe thats who he was after all.
He put his hand to his pocket, touching the faint shape of the pen which is what he assumed had become of his wand. Giovanni Altercast, minus the wizard extraordinare part... Its just not right...
He didn't bother asking for the other boys name.
It wasn't important anyway, the guy looked like a loser.

His baggy eyes flicked up again, narrowing at the shaggy haired boy who was wearing a smile.
"Fairly sure you ran into me. Would explain why you're wearing that stupid grin. Dumbshit." He spat in reply, standing up and dusting off his knees.
"What? is it friggin' normal to blow up buildings and bash heads with strangers when they first get to...whatever ******** up place this is?" He asked, sallow eyes looking around again with distaste and annoyance which mostly masked his confusion.

Just because he was new, didn't mean he had to be nice.
He'd learnt THAT lesson in his last life.
