Lately i've been thinking about what it is that will make me complete. I've been soo stressed lately that i've been neglecting my hair so it's been breaking and split ends run rapid and my weight's been up and down and trying to keep calm in the midst of it all just makes more stress. So i'm finally just slowing down and taking it one step at a time. Focusing on my image first. Taking care of my hair again and focusing on my weight. Why is it that under stress our bodies seem to break down? I guess it's the body's way of letting us know things need to change.
Any suggestions?
