There have been several threads on Ron Bruise, two of which made it to the top rated list here. From what I can tell, the 19 theory is amazing. Also, whoever came up with the 19 theory had way too much time on his/her hands, but who's to say that's a bad thing?
Anyway, who is Ron Bruise?
It is obvious that this question cannot be answered, at least not to the average Gaian. Although Ron Bruise is clearly an NPC (or is he?) there is obviously some human being online, writing his posts, editing his profile, etc., as there are with all NPCs. Now to point out what is not so normal about him.
His head:
Yes, Ron Bruise has a very large head, but don't we all? Do we not all look somewhat chibi-ish? Yes, his head may be somewhat larger than the average Gaian's, but really not that significantly. I think that the main difference between his head and ours is simply, the features. Unlike us, Ron Bruise has something that Gaian's seem to have completely forgotten about: a nose. He clearly has a nose, along with some very Tom-Cruise like facial features.

Also, the name is clearly supposed to sound like Tom Cruise. Same three-lettered first name with a short O, and Cruise and Bruise rhyme.
And, now for his personailty. He is amazingly up-beat. Possibly, a reference towards this particular incident?
Yes, who could forget the time that Tom jumped on Oprah's couch?
I doubt many of you have seen that one airing of Oprah (I, myself, was "lucky" enough to see such a fantastic point in history.) but many of you have heard about it. Basically, Tom was "high on life" as he was doing this and was all "wooooo!!!"
Now, let me point out his interests:

So, let's discuss "MY WIFE" and "acting."
Tom Cruise is an ACTOR (and, in one of his posts, Bruise calls himself an actor)
Tom Cruise was jumping up and down on the couch because of his fiance (WIFE... well... sorta)
My conclusion?
Ron Bruise is Tom Cruise.
I know that I am not the only person to have thought this, so, going on about this will be pointless (but I may just anyway). Now, I shall move on to the War of the Worlds.
Gaia is planning a Halloween event, but what is it? There is a lot of speculation that this Ron Bruise character (who we now know is associated with Tom Cruise) has something to do with it, but why? Tom Bruise joined on 9/11 (strange date to join on). Would an NPC associated with Halloween not join on Halloween, in October, or Friday the 13th? I suppose because 9/11 is associated with death, it would be a semi-appropriate date.
Oh, but what about the triple 19 theory?

The first post alone explains it all. Perhaps that's why he joined on 9/11. Still, one must wonder why he did join on 9/11.
As for the War of the Worlds theory, it is heard that aliens are coming to gaia and, Tom Cruise starred in the movie.
Perhaps we should keep an eye out for another NPC:
