im so sick...i wish it would end so much...this week has been terrible for me. i want to cry. but i wont. caughing 24/7 isnt good. but all i have good to say about it is that when i cough my diaphram contracts and the mucule gets tighter, therefore making my stomach flat....^^ only good news there....
