ya so i went to ontario yesterday and it turned out i got to eat my terriyaki chicken cuz we first met at the band room, then ate lunch at first lunch, then at 12:30 left for ontario
we dedicated our whole concert to jonathan, an eighth grader who died on wednesday
during the concert when we were playing rites of tamburo, the clarinets had a long rest so i guess no one counted right so when we were supposed to join in, i was the only clarinet playing for a while and no one else played so i thought i was wrong so i stopped after like 2 measure. then like 1 measure later, every1 else played but they played where i shouldve been if i hadnt stopped so i was right. ms crooks was like looking at us and my friend, amanda, who plays the flute, said that she heard a clarinet come in, then stop, and i suppose that was me.... ya so we screwed up on that
