{I'm gonna try to type out some Danish words so if I misspell them, Sorry!}
Dana Eva Rehme was born in Copenhagan, Denmark, on November 7th, 1927 to Otto and Korinna Rehme, both from Germany. When she was only 12 years old, Germany suddenly invaded Denmark. It was April 9th, 1940. Denmark's king, King Christian X knew that Denmark's army was far too small to fight back so Denmark surrendered.Dana, to the Nazi's, was a perfect 'aryan' with her blonde hair and bright blue eyes.
"Hej Dana! Hello!" called Annelies, one of Dana's friends. She was standing by the Algebra classroom, having trouble opening up her bookbag.
"Hello Anna! Having trouble with your bookbag again?" Dana asked, laughing. She was now standing next to her friend next to the Algebra classroom. She had easily opened her and had already taken her Science book out of her bookbag. She put her Algebra book away along with her notebook.
"You have no idea! This stupid thing never works for me..." Anna said, smiling at her friend. Finally, Anna was able to open her bookbag. She sighed with relief. She put her Algebra book and notebook away and grabbed her Science book. "I thought I was going to have to be late again!" Anna said, laughing. "We should get going but I have something to tell you!" Anna said, her blonde hair covering up her blue eyes.
Dana shook her head at her talkitive friend. "What are you going to tell me?" She asked, turning to walk to the Science lab.
Her friend came up beside her in a few moments, almost breathless. "I saw Erik practically staring at you during Algebra today...he is soo cute! You should ask him to walk home with you today." Anna said, walking into the Science Lab, with Dana close behind her, just as the bell rang. They both hurried to their seats and waited for class to begin.
