Ya know, I just want to have a discussion about how Characters from series are like and what they would most likely do in situations and so, in order to satisfy this need, I will ramble!
So, I wil be speaking Of *draws name out of hat* 'Kira Izuru'
My opinion of Izuru: Shy but able to be himself around his friends, which of course includes his ex-captain, and of course is a very, what's that word... passive individual. Though I can't help but wonder if his devotion to Gin had been because one of his attributes is undying loyalty or he had some extra feelings for his Captain, perhaps Romantic and perhaps he just held him in high respect. I believe it has to be one of these two reasons and while I may at times support the first, I will not argue against the second for that is a highly likely reason. More on Izuru himself, I also see him as a romantic and gentle man(but why is he without a girl!) which could have come from the fact he is from a noble family (even if it is a lesser nobility) and also that he had to deal with the traumatic experience of losing his parent (I imagine that they were Shinigami and were killed, why else would he Join the academy after their deaths then to make them proud?) and I believe this also made it harder to stand on his own feet without fear for he feels his parents(along with his higher-ups) are watching and Judging him. I believe that his time in the Fourth division also nurtured his gentleness for, when treating someone who is injured or sick, you would usually adopt a kind and gentle bedside manner(House being an example of not doing such). On when he drinks, I believe while he is good friends with a few drinkers(Hisagi and Rangiku) I don't think he himself is a drinker because the only time we see him drinking is when he is depressed(cause his lover, I mean Gin left). So yea... Is there anything else on him? Oh well, Basically, in my opinion, initially he's shy and scared but deep down he is a gentle and caring person.
Wow. that's a lot. Now, this little bit on Izuru has led me to think a bit about Gin. First, pairing wise, I think he belongs with Rangiku because, well, have you seen any of the flashbacks! They are adorable. But, for all we know, he could have grown out of that and moved onto someone else *cough cough IZURU cough cough* and, in my opinion, If Gin wanted him, i doubt Izuru would be against it. Now on Gin alone, I think he is actually kind but was mislead by a certain brown-haired b*****d who probably implanted ill ideas in his young mind. While I'm sure Gin has always been a mischievous fox, I don't believe this mischief hit an evil side until he bacame Aizen's subordinate and was lured to the dark side. I think he still cares deeply for Rangiku and Izuru (which has been stated in, like chapter 320) but still follows Aizen. In the end, i see Him wanting to apoligize to the two of them and, when he knows that fighting has become futile and he had lost tha he would graciously accept death(but not without being able to say goodbye to Izuru and Rangiku). In a perfect world, he would return to soul society and be welcomed back with happy faces but the whole High treachery thing kinda won't allow with that. All-in-all, I think Gin is an awesome guy who was steered in the wrong direction By Aizen.
Now, that reminded me of what I think of Tousen... He's just an idiot. Yea, go to the side that eats and kills souls, yea, that really is the path to justice. IDIOT!
And Aizen is pretty cool for a bad guy, though I know when he's killed his soul will be pulled through the gates of hell, he has no hopes to get his soul purified. But His sword is pretty awesome and I have it! And He is really good at manipulating others. So basically I love him and Hate him at the same time!
So Yea, I am bored but this was interesting, thanks for talking with me self!
