decided to go with Carrie as the inspiration ; haven't got a name for this kid yet.
but lore wise, since her mom's a ghost , her parents had to conceive her through .. 'unconventional' means , thus this girl's dark elf-like appearance.
this kid is more or less the polar opposite of her mom ; she uses her inherited psychic abilities to be a vigilante of sorts , bringing help to those in need and dishing out ironic punishments to those who bring harm to the world.
