Fading Apart

• Description: This is a poem I wrote about loosing someone precious to me, and he is so far away that I can not stop it from happening. It is about my fear of loosing yet another dear friend, and how I try so hard but it is futile.

Another day passes
And he continues to slip away
Away from her grasps.
She sits and watches
As they continue to fade apart
And she can’t stop it.

She is screaming,
Kicking and fighting.
Yet she can’t be heard.
He can’t hear her scream,
For him to come back.

She is afraid,
Of loosing yet another person
Someone special, someone she holds dear
She doesn’t want to loose him,
Like she has lost the others.

If your dear friend is alive,then he is not really far away. Because there's no longer distance than the one between life and death smile
