• With his arms wrapped around me
    Securing together, he said ever so gently-
    "I love you" under the starry sky.
    And it was early mourning before we said goodbye.

    But who wouldv'e known?
    That as I made my way through oblivion towards home
    My parents were waiting
    Ever so unpatiently.

    And as I crunched through the leaves,
    I was throughly decieved
    To hear a voice that was way too familiar
    Clearly etched around the corner.

    "Come out, you're caught".
    And as I fought
    Away from the stinging leather belt,
    The fury in her eyes never know the pain I felt.

    The windows are locked
    And I'm being watched;
    They've secluded me from the world.
    My soul's nothing but broken shards.

    They're torturing me with these unknown threats.
    I'm housing so many silent bets.
    They've taken me away from my love temporarily;
    But I won't forget, I've got a good memory.
