• Recommended music(Click): To you Dear
The cold wind hit the back of my neck,
    I shivered.
Bracing myself with shaking hands I push forward,
    Stumbling down the gray street.
The trees all lean over me, as their leaves fall gently to around me,
Mourning, in a golden shower of tears.
    Where has the sun gone?
Where has the light that used to keep us warm?
Used to make us smile, where is it?
All that's left is the dark and cold clouds, which hover over us,
Dark, solemn and alone; like me.
The road which I had been travelling stopped suddenly in front of me.
I hesitate and cross onto the grassy path, the wind lashing out.
Every blade of grass floats in the breeze, dancing in their pale shade of silver.
There, in the distance, I see something.
With a heavy breath I run over and drop the bag I had been carrying.
Like an immortal flower I see you; sleeping eternally.
Your face is calm, your expression peaceful.
With, cold hands I reach out to grab onto your pale arm lying on the ground.
I grasp it tightly and shut my eyes.
Something tingles from the tips of my fingers,
    Up and down my spine.
The tears fill my eyes and I blink them back.
Rain is falling all around me now, as the sky mourns with me.
With a slow, sullen motion I lie beside you and look around.
Everything is being washed away with the tears of the sky.
Maybe then, after all this is done, maybe the sun will come out.
I think I'll wear the shoes you lent me, and I'll walk for both of us.
I won't forget who you are and what you've done,
Because without you, I won't find my way home.
