About my cats, whom I believe may be on drugs.

Carter, a fat, gray, 18 month old, is probably stoned most of the time. His lids droop down in a dreamy expression, and he saunters around the house as if he has no care in the world. I began this entry because he stepped in front of my computer screen. He picks on his little sister, Cici, and is about twice her size. Don't worry though, she can be agressive and hold her own in a fight. When they were kittens he used to sit on her if he thought she was getting to much attention. Carter will also meow relentlessly to say that he wants the water in the tub turned on, he will then lap at it for a minute and leave quietly. They have one of those water bowls that constantly circulates water, but still, he prefers the tub.

Cici, a tortoise-shell cat, who we've been told is a little overweight but looks downright emaciated next to her brother, Carter. She's on crack, or LSD, or something. She's the more skittish of the two, and normally only meows when it's time for food. (Or when she thinks it's time for food.) Her biggest quirk is her determination to get outside. Most mornings I can't stop her from slinking around my feet and onto the concrete patio when I go to the car. She will then roll around on the ground and purr until she is moved back inside.

We got them from an APL adoption drive at a hardware store. My dad thought we were just going to buy a deadbolt.

Carter just jumped onto the computer to get to the window. It creaked. I hope he never gets so fat that he ends up breaking anything.

Sorry for the rambling about cats, since the only people who would mildly care are my friends in real life, and they've heard all of this already. Next time I'll have to post pictures of them.
