~♥~

A glimpse behind the many masks I wear. A portal to my soul. My own piece of heaven. My own piece of hell. A place of wonder and disgrace. Both good and evil. Born from the dissolving remains of my brain. Destined to die along with me. A place where secrets may be revealed. Where lies are destroyed. Where the past resides. Where friendships are made. Where memories may bring pain. Where thoughts mix-and-match, contradicting each other. This is a place where...

...where I can complain and people can comment about it. =)

Gabby and Jane
Jane and Gabby are mad at poor, poor me. And Jane wasn't even at the gym when it happened! She's just mad at me because Gabby told her to be mad. But -now- she's mad at me because I called her an American idiot, like the song. She had just finished listening to it in class, and we were arguing about something. I said it like this (or this is how I remember): "Jaaane! Come on!...Don't be an American idiot! Get it? Like the song!" Would you get offended if your friend said that to you?! No! And it's because Gabby had already messed with her mind, and mad her slightly mad at me. Now she's using it as an excuse to be angry! How much does that stink?

See, what happened was...

In the morning, I met Gabby down at the gym near the field at the end of our school. We meet down there because we both get at school early, and we have nowhere else to go. And every morning Gabby brings her bouncy ball, and we throw it back and forth. Well, when I threw it a bit too hard, it got out of Gabby's reach, and went over the fence. So I went around the fence and got it, while Gabby watched from the fence. I couldn't get back up the hill (for the fence is on the end of a steep, muddy hill covered in weeds, and I had to climb down a quarter of the way there to get it), so I went down to the bleachers, and that's when I noticed there was mud on my shoes. So I started to scrap them off and Gabby was saying, "Come on, Trina! Throw it over the fence! Throw it over!" I told her back that I would just bring it back around the fence (but I didn't tell her it was because I couldn't throw it up the hill, and that I thought it wouldn't reach. I also thought she could wait, since I -was- the one who had gone down the hill, but in truth I -did- offer to get it, and she -was- sick so she couldn't run).
Well, she would take 'no' for an answer. She started calling out, in the -most- annoying voice possible, "Throw it over! Throw it over! Throw it over!" On, and on, and on! So of course I got annoyed. I had finally gotten all the mud of my shoes, and I was off the bleachers, and climbing up the stairs, and Gabby was still yelling 'Throw it over! Throw it over!' even though I had told her countless times to stop saying that. I don't remember if I ever said please or not. I might have, maybe.
Anyways, I got so mad, I turned around and said, "Fine! I'll throw it over!" Over the backstop and into the field! (I had my back to her.) It went through the chain-link backstop, and landed in the gravel part of the field.
Gabby still continued.

I ran back and got the bouncy ball, throughout angry now. I started walking back, Gabby still calling out, "Throw it over! Throw it over!" I stopped at the trashcan and held the bouncy ball over the trash within. I yelled at her, "Stop right now, or I drop it in the trash!"
"Throw it over! Throw it over!"
"Last chance, or I drop it!"
"Throw it over! Throw it over! Throw it over!"
"Fine!" I couldn't -not- drop it. Then she'd never stop, and she'd also say she knew I'd never would have done it, and, heck, Trina is no coward! So, I let go.

It landed on a piece of cardboard, so it wasn't on anything gross or anything, and I started walking back up the stairs. Another friend of mine, Karen, was there too (she had been there for a while, and she had joined Gabby's chanting for a while, but had stopped when she saw it annoyed me), and she was walking back up the stairs with me. She said I should just throw it over so she would stop, but I said no. By the way, Gabby's still chanting, "Throw it over! Throw it over!"
I held up my hands and showed her they were empty. I knew she had seen the bouncy ball go in the trash, so why did she bother continuing? "I don't have it! I can't throw it over."
Karen kept trying to go past me and get it instead, but I told her not to. I told her Gabby was just as capable of getting it as we were. Karen kept protesting, but I still said she shouldn't. (Is that what Gabby meant when she told Cassidy, "Trina blocked the garbage can so we couldn't get it."?)
"Throw it over! Throw it over! You know, now I'm never going to stop until you get it out of the trash. Throw it over! Throw it over! Throw it over!"
"Arg!" I stomped down the stairs and got the bouncy ball from the trash. Then I marched up the bleachers (my those things come in handy, huh?) and finally threw it over the fence at her.
She turned around and chased after it while I went back down the bleachers, and back up the stairs.
When I was back on flat ground, I turned the corner, and found Gabby throwing the ball in such a way that it bounced on the ground, then into the wall, then back to her. She missed, and the ball went everywhere. Karen laughed, and, after trying to catch it once or twice, Gabby gave up and stared at the wall, with a weird [removed](like a mix between a smirk, and a glare, and an angry face? Maybe some kind of blankness too... Weird. O.o). I ran and got it and said, trying to act normal and like nothing had happened (I thought Gabby thought I was mad at her), "C'mon, Gabby! Let's continuing playing!" I waited, and then saw that she wasn't getting up, so I threw it near her, so she would get it, but I ended up having to get it again. I dropped it on her head, and Gabby continued to ignore me. Karen laughed. It made a loud noise when it hit her head (the bouncy ball, not Karen's laugh), so I said "Ooh! That sounded like it hurt! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you!" She continued ignoring me. I threw it again, done with trying to get Gabby to forget. I grabbed my backpack, and I -think- I said something like "I'm going to the classroom. Bye." I needed to go to the classroom anyways, I needed money, which my dad, who was waiting in the classroom, forgot to give me.
Karen got the ball and gave it back to Gabby, then started to follow me, and, bless her soul (XD), asked me what was wrong. I shook my head, and said, "Nothing. I just need to go to the classroom to get money. You stay with Gabby. I'll have my dad to talk to, but she'll have no one." When she continued to follow me, I persisted that I she stay, and I'm afraid I might have come off as if I was mad at her. (Poor Karen.)
She finally stayed, and I went up to the classroom, got my money, and went to class.
Gabby ignored me all day.

That happened on Thursday, and she's still mad at me. Like I said before, Jane's mad at me too, and she hasn't even heard what my side of the story is. She wouldn't talk to me either. I wrote her a note (about the American idiot thing) saying, "Jane, I meant like the song. You know I would never call you an American idiot. It was just a stab at a joke, and I'm sorry if you were offended." And, incase she said I should have thought harder next time I say something that could be hurtful, I added in "I need to respect your feelings, and" (something like) "I'll think harder, and not be so cruel, blah, blah, blah..." Okay, I didn't write blah, blah, blah, but still. It's a fun word to say. "Blah." XD

And so, that's my side of the story. How was your day?
