Lullaby of the Moon
Lullaby cries the moon,
to the dark land below.
Silver are it's tears,
As they gently flow.
Lullaby cries the moon,
the wind whipsers in reply.
"Why do you sing my brother?"
"And why ever do you cry?"
Lullaby cries the moon,
"The stars have left my side."
"They've gone away from here,
behind the clouds they hide."
Lullaby cries the moon,
The wind says, "have no no sorrow."
"Sing the clouds to sleep,
and the stars will return tomorrow."
Lullaby cries the moon,
"A song is what I sing."
"When night returns from light,
the stars I pray it will bring."
Lullaby cries the moon,
to the dark land below.
Silver are it's tears,
As they gently flow.
