well right now I just took a shower and stuff and about the go and read Watership down (Which I hate severly) and about to practice my tuba but first a stop from the internet which I love so much.

hey does anybody know how to do motionless excercise...cause I have no clue and I want to lose weight and they said it will help you lose inches of waist and s**t so please anybody know contacted me.
