"Who on earth could it be this time of morning...Be patient! I am on my way!"
Trying her best to make her way around the dark halls of her home, Tina stumbled toward the front door. The loud ring of the door bell echoed through her home as she reached for the door nob.
"It's early in the bloody morning....Can I help....you...?" Tina stared up at a large female naga with bright fushia and white scales and long, dark purple hair. She had pink colored eyes and tanned skin. As she shyly fidgeted in Tina's doorway, she spoke with a high, soft voice.
"I am extremely sorry for bothering you this early in the morning, but I have been searching for a...friend of mine. Have you seen, a navy blue naga running around this area...? I've been searching for him for oh so long..."
Tina nodded and silently escorted the young snake girl in, then called for Ekone.
He mumbled as she made his way toward the front door, and froze as his eyes laid rested on the female naga. Tina tilted her head to the side and looked up at the girl, only to be started by the sudden change in her expression.
The girl went from having a timid, docile expression, to a huge, twisted, and lustful grin.
"Eeeiiikoneeiii!!!" she screeched at she darted after Ekone, chasing the panicking blue naga to the lounge room before tackling him and wrapping her tail around his torso.
When Tina finally caught up with the two of the, she realized that the female's tail was almost twice as long as Ekone's. She also realized that Ekone was clawing at the carpet as though his life were in danger.
"Um...I do believe I am, how do you say....Lost?"
The girl giggled, still squeezing the life out of Ekone. She still have her soft, gentle voice, only she didn't seem as timid anymore. "Forgive me, my furry friend! I am Rakulia. Hee hee....Ekone's bride to be!"
Tina stared blankly at the nagas, and couldn't find anything to say as she watches Rakulia cuddle the squirming Ekone.
Later that morning, random shoppers at H&R Wesley's was staring awkwardly at a box that seemed to be moving around on it's own in the shop with Edmund chasing after it. As soon as he grabs the box, he lifts it to reveal a giggling Wolven, who screamed loudly. This made Edmund drop the box on Wolven again, who continued his playful giggling and moving around the shop, hidden in the box.
"Solid Snake!"
"This....Cat is strange...Stranger then Rufus..."
Edmund finally got Wolven to calm down enough and gave Wolven a small sack of money. "Now listen here cat..." he mumbled as he gave Wolven a set of instructions before sending him out towards Barton Town. As Wolven skipped out of the shop happily, carrying the money in his mouth, Whiplash quickly slithered after him.
Meanwhile....deep under Tina's house....
"So you say she's a cat and a phoenix?"
"Correct...her genetic makeup is one only a genius could of come up with! I should know..."
"So...what made you experiment with a pheonix anyway?"
"They are such marvelous creatures...I run a few tests for myself..."
Zapook's giggle echoed through the dark room, "And why, old man, did you decide to use a cat in these studdies?"
"Ordinary cats are so easy to toy with."
"You might not want to say that around my counter part...She won't like that too much."
"From what I hear, she is not even present in this building"
"Gone missing again?" Zapook sighs and looks over the at the trembling Koopling curled up in the corner. "If I know her, she'll turn up soon. In the mean time...I would love to know more about Koopling..."
"Why of course, as long as I can run a few more tests on her......Do the other guests of this house know of this lab under the home?"
"None of them know but one, and I doubt he'll blab about it."
