A few years ago I had a friend who was nearly sexually asulted. When they finally went to court, all that was decided was that the man ( Rodger Dewain Davis), punishment was that he couldnt be left alone with any child. In doing so, would result in 20 years in Jail. It has been some time since that Courting and I came to find out that Rodger has gone against his probation (sp?) and is now on the "run". So once he is cought he will NOT go to jail for 20 years, but to STATE PRISION for 20 years. Is that not just Fantastic news?! I pray to God that the Bounty Hunters find him soon.
