So we have new quests that aren't quests, and free items that no one's really aware of that we have. I've somehow managed to get all of the orbs thanks very much to Fang-tan lending me her mules so I can get the two new ones that just came out, otherwise I never would have gotten them at all. Well, at least not for free anyways. stare
The WWE items aren't too bad. An army hat and sledgehammer. I like that. Now all we need is that chair that we were all shown earlier. Not sure how I'm going to use that chair, or any of the items we've been granted, but I'm sure I'll come up with something eventually.

The 2% tax announcement, I have to admit I'm incredibly skeptical on. I've been around since 2003, and I really wish I'd gotten the items then when they were so cheap, and Gaia was still Go Gaia. There's a ridiculous number of items that I honestly wish I could have, and if I quested for them my ultimate quest that I'm on right now would never end. I can't possibly afford those items, ever. They're up in the millions of gold. It's ridiculous. I've only seen one, maybe two people with an Angelic Halo, and to be honest I want one too, but for 350 million gold, it's just not worth it. It's got no other function other than to just hover there over your head. Just like the mythrill halo does. They say that the 2% tax will cause people to lower the amount everything costs, but I doubt we'll ever see that halo be less than a million ever again. And that's only for the MP. If you do things via trade, then they'll be super high priced. Then there are those that say they'll add that 2% to the price to break even, and then add another few hundred gold to it to make profit. Makes you think.

I'm still banking on the rumour that that one mod said about the MMO. I would love for that game to have quests within it that allowed you to win old monthly collectables. That would be absolutely sweet! 4laugh It was mentioned back in January when we were asked if we felt that the triple MC letters were a good idea. I'd like to see that rumour come into fruition. Of course, I'd also like to see that MMO.
