today i stayed home sick. my stomach has been bothering me for the past week. i've thrown-up three times already and i dont know why. my mother is going to flip on me when she finds out, my dad just lets me stay home even though i believe he doesnt think i am sick. here is the thing, my sister has been complaining of stomach pains since she was in 5th grade, now 9 years laters she is seeing a gastronologist (or whatever you call a stomach doctor). so when i stay home sick im skipping school, when she stays home sick shes ill. how ridiculous is that.
not only is there favortism with sickness, but since my sister was in 9th or 10th grade she has had a cell phone (she is now a sophmore in college by the way) and now that im in 11th grade you would think i too would have a cell phone. but nope. i remain the only person i know without a cellphone. here are the points for why i SHOULD have a cell phone 1)i stay at school till 5-5:45 monday-thursday 2)i work every friday nights 3)during hell week at school i may not even go home during my hour break from rehersal so it would be nice to be able to call home or have home call me for plans 4)my sister has one! plain and simple 5)my parents always complain about how they have to talk to the other parent to get to me. if i had my own cell phone my dad could just call that insted of talking with my mom asking if im home and visa versa with her. to be fair i should post my parents points for me not having a cellphone. 1)money: neither one of them want to pay for it. yay! fairness!
