I may have done this before. But not to such an extent.
ok, Point 1. What were told: That the world will overheat, the Ice caps will melt, and every low lying place will be submerged. We are told that In the pacific some islands want to move to New Zealand before their islands are submerged.
What we found out, but doesn't seem to be well broadcasted: Ice Expands, and the majority of the icecaps are underwater, so when Ice melts it will (thats right remember primary school) grow smaller. But wait! There are mountains covered in snow, what about when they melt? Well theyl balance things out. A scientist did this study and calculated that the oceans height would only change by about a cm or so. But what about the cook islanders or what ever? Aren't they getting submerged? Well yea, but thats cause the islands are eroding away to nothing. Not because tides are rising. and who wants to be stuck on an island in the middle of no where anyway? Far better to get refugee status and live a cooshy lifestyle over here in NZ. Where only suckers work!
