Angel Book one chapter one Adapting to the new world Chapter one Awaken sleeping Angel.
The land was hot and desolate only sand dunes as far as the eye can see. But there was still life for suddenly a giant mountain lion crawled over the top of a sand dune. He looked like a normal Mt. Lion except his right eye was mechanical. “Honcho” A boy called from atop him. He looked around at the land then turned back, there was an entire group of people behind him. One moved forward then ran up to him “it should not be far now, Angel” he whispered the boy nodded “good job we’ll carry on” he called out to the others. They all started up the dunes and past him. Angel looked out at them counting silently to him self his eyes stern as they darted around from person to person but then a hand swiped gently under his chin. He looked down to see a girl doing it “Minn” he called happily his face lightening up. “You need to relax Angel,” she said “it is not that serious we are only heading to the south Base” she added “this land is dangerous Minn I have to keep my eyes open” he smiled at her. She blew him a kiss and then headed on towards the others. Angel continued his counting but then looked around he turned around and found one other standing below in the dunes behind him “you there” he called making Honcho climb down the dunes “what is wrong why are you not with the others” he asked but he was suddenly jumped and dragged off the lion down to the gritty sand floor “how does it feel to be a traitor?” the person asked “what are you talking about!” Angel screamed but received a sudden blow to the back of his head. The last thing he saw was the shifting sands that whipped across his face from the strong winds. Now he was standing before a council of much higher officials “Angel has been accused of betraying his peers by sending them straight into the arms of an enemy troop unarmed and unprepared. The punishment for such crimes in treason is immediate freezing and relocation,” the highest official announced. Angel just stood straight up and stone faced “do you have anything to bring force in light of your defense?” He asked pathetically. Angel still didn’t move “since there are no clues to support my claim of being innocent I only have my word that I have not and never would go against this council, my team, and my friends” he said proudly. “And a very nice word” the judge said then bammed his grapple “get this ‘angel’, out of my face” he barked. Guards came out of the sides seizing Angel and dragging him off by his arms. He didn’t walk or even pick up his feet to make it easier on them but rather just let them drag him out and slam the court doors behind them. This image played over again in Angels view just as the computer woke him up “good morning Angel” it called out in a female voice. “You stupid piece of junk why must you torture me with the pains of my past” Angel growled in a whisper “I’m sorry Kyle” a males voice called it spooked Angel, he shot up the computer quickly sliding away so he wouldn’t hit it. He looked around the place looked of a laboratory. “What is this where am I?” Angel barked at the man beside him “your awake Kyle” he smiled Angels eyes flared. “How do you know my name!” he screamed lunging at him but found his hands and legs had been bond to the table he lied on. “What is the meaning of this?” his face lightened up “is-is this the freezing?” he asked “oh no” the doctor laughed walking to the computer “no, no, you’ve already been frozen for a hundred years now to be in fact” he said “one hundred years” Angel said
that is the first part I've completed over 3 episodes after this one...but no this isn't the whole episode these are only samples.[/size]
