Chiharu was born in the land of snow.She was soon put with her mother and father in the village hidden in mist.She trained with the Mizukage himself but she was no good.Her water ability was weak since she was from the snow.Her mother a great witch was battiling the best fighter at that time and killed him accidently with a spell called Shoometsu which is really a jutsu that kills your opponent by killing everything around them. She never thought it would kill him soon she was persecuted as the snow witch because of her daughter.Dont ask for detail.They sealed her chakra and buried her in the land of snow.A revolt happend and the Heisei clan soon died.Chiharu swore revenge so she built her skills up.And achieved the water fist jutsu.She is wanting to learn Shoometsu.She died and was a vessel for her mother but she put a spell on herself that she would be reborn and lead a normal life.She became Sakuya Hyuuga a girl with a strange past.
