My first expierence with Mary Jane! xd

But before this story, in order for it to be funnier than it is and for you to not think I'm an idiot, you must here the prestory to it, first )which isn't that long).

So I was in the basement one day, playing PS2 or something, and I look down and I see this leaf that looks just like Marijuana. Well, being the honest twit I am, I told my mom about it. She looked at it for a while. Her face contorted into different expressions, and then a full minute later she said "Oh! This is [such and such plant]! I have it in the backyard."
So there's some legal plant that's leaves look JUST LIKE MARIJUANA.
OH. MY. God.

So anyway. That's the pre-story.


With that in mind, just last week, I was at this 10 year old's house babysitting. I open up this big huge encyclopedia on medical terms, and decide that I want to read up on Philosophy. But for some reason or another I end up on Psychology(probably from dyslexia, I guess) and get hooked up on reading about that.
Yes, I read encyclopedias for fun. That's how big a geek I am.

Anyway, these leaves kept falling out of the book. It was a big book, so my first thought was, "Oh, somebody just put them in here to press flowers".
But more kept falling out, and I thought nothing of it because of the pre-story you should've read.

So I'm sitting there with these leaves falling out, and occationally I'd stuff them back in the book so I wasn't making a big mess (and so they wouldn't get mad at me for ruining their pressed flowers).

I lay on my back an hour later, because Psychology is pretty damned interesting, and this book was really cool and put it all in lame-men's terms so it was easy to understand. So I'm really into this book, and I flip the page and more of these leaves keep falling out on my stomach.

So I'm trying to shove them back in the book so I'm not messy, but the leaves break and crumble because they've been pressed for so long. And I'm there cursing myself because I'm ruining their pressed flowers.

Well, for one reason or another (probably the kid distracted me) I put the book on the table and left it open so I wouldn't lose my spot.

Later that day, the mom came home, and I was trying to frantically clean up the mess I made, so I was putting all these leaves in the book where I had left off, sticking part of the stems up as a type of bookmark.

She looks at me all weird for a second, and I look back and I said, "Oh. I'm sorry, somebody must've been pressing leaves in there."

And she kind of chuckled and replied, "Oh, no, those shouldn't be there; this let's you know just how the older teenagers can get."

"Well, I can put them back in more, if you want."

"No, no," she proclaimed, the 10 year old right there. "Just put the book over there and I'll take care of it. We don't need anyone seeing that."

Me, being a bit confused, didn't really move.
"What?" I said.
"Just put it over there and we'll talk about this later".

And finally I caught on.
Man, how stupid can I be?! xd

Still. Funniest Marijuana expierence ever.
