Disenchanted final part

Chelsa sat at the counter of the San Francisco Dinner, waiting for Frank to show up.
7:15… No Frank.
7:23… No Frank.
7:32… In walks Mikey Way. Chelsa stared at the bother of her archenemy as he sat next to her.
“Where is Frank?”
“I’m an interpreter. Don’t hurt me… My brother said that he answered the phone, not Frank. He talked to this… Ben-person. He won’t tell Frank the truth until you promise to make him no ditch out practices for you anymore,” he inched away from her as he finished. He was told “she is cruel and will beat you to death,” by Gerard. She didn’t move.
“That’s it?” She asked in disbelief.
“Huh?”
“There’s no other catch?”
“Um… No.”
“Ok. I promise, no ditching for sex.”
“EWW!!! Cooties!!!”
“Yeah, no more,” Chelsa laughed, feeling relieved. “Can I go now?”
“Sure,” Mikey got up to leave, followed soon after by Chelsa.
“Oh, who was the one that told him the lie in the first place?”
“That would be Gerard. He told Frank about what happened, well kind of. Not all of the truth, just some of it.”
“What? He did it?”
“Yup, I got to go. Later,” Mikey tried to get away as fast as possible, leaving Chelsa standing in anger.



“So, cooties are just STDs?” I asked Mikey as we hung out over at Frank’s.
“Yeah,” he nodded at the simplicity. “Well, when you’re little, they say don’t go near them ‘cause they might have cooties. Later in our lives, you are told don’t get too close to someone, ‘cause they might have STDs.”
“Huh,” I nodded back.
“You’re both strange,” said a newly cheery Frank. “When will Chelsa be here?”
“Soon. She said she was—“
“Where the HELL is that idiot,” burst in a furious Chelsa.
“Chelsa!!!” Frank hopped up and hugged her. “I’m sorry. I thought something terrible was going on.”
“It’s not your fault,” she sighed, hugging him back. She broke away from him when she saw Gerard coming out of the bathroom. She stared at him, crossing her arms. “It’s his.”
“Mine?” Gerard stared at her looking a bit innocent. “What did I do?”
“You didn’t tell him all of what you knew about what happened between Ben and I. You just said that he kissed me, but it was on my knee when I fell. No one ask, ‘cause we were drunk.”
“So,” he huffed back. Everyone was staring at him as he sighed. “I just wanted my band mate back. I mean, I’m dating Rey and I can still make band practices.”
“You’re the one that tells us when to go,” Frank shot back. “Maybe we can talk before hand or something…”
“Um…” I looked around getting up and walking towards the bedroom with Mikey. “I’m going to talk to Mikey about cooties in here. I don’t want to listen to this.”
“Fine,” Chelsa spat and scared Mikey. We escaped as the fight persistent between them. “Let’s draw up a calendar or something.”
“Fine,” he replied icily. “Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. 9 to midnight.”
“Ok,” Frank retorted.
“Alright,” Chelsa agreed.
“It’s all set then,” Gerard finished. “Um… Where are the boys?”
“Talking about cooties,” Chelsa said a bit slowly and confused. Frank’s eyes widened.
“STDs, in my bedroom?” Chelsa and Gerard looked at Frank in question, opening the door to the bedroom. Chelsa turned bright red, Frank busted up laughing, and Gerard’s face flushed.
“You’re gay?” Mikey blushed and I looked over with a smirk.
“Chelsa,” I laughed. “You never told them?”
“It’s your life, not mine. You tell them.”
“Um…” Mikey looked confused and embarrassed. “I’m not gay. I’m bi. I’m sorry. He’s cute.”
Gerard didn’t say a word, just turned and collapsed on the couch in the living room. Chelsa shook her head and Frank finally stopped laughing.
“Oh, we broke him,” I sighed as I looked back over at Mikey. “It was just a simple kiss. It’s not like we’re having sex right here.”
“Leave,” Frank managed to say with a somewhat straight face. “My bedroom, my bed, my cooties.”
“Eww…” Mikey cringed. “No sex for you.”
“Later,” we got up and left. Gerard seemed dazed and left with us.

Chelsa and Frank stayed in the bedroom and have a wonderful night… eating stolen gummy worms.
