'the' house...an update.. ok, update on the house hunt.... if you read the last house hunt entry then you know that the last one on our list was pretty cool and we liked it a lot. the next step was to show the photos to my friend who is actually the one that will buy the place. i did and she was jazzed. so much so that she and her boyfriend went there on the way home from work one day and peeked in the windows because she couldn't wait to see inside. she set up another appointment to go look at it and brought her dad with to check it out. they both liked the place a lot and the first thing she did when she got home was email her loan officer to get the paperwork rolling so she can put in a bid on it. the realtor thinks we can maybe be in there by christmas, lol. i'm thinking the first of the year seems a little more reasonable, but i'm stoked. i hope they accept her offer and we'll be moving in. wish us all luck, eh?

	thanks! i haven't been able to put up my christmas tree for a long time now (there just isn't any room here). it'd be nice to have a place with more than one room. wink

	I'm crossing my fingers for ya grrl! More room will help, especially come next year you could do a pineapple flavored turkey possibly in a big stove? Does this place have appliances included, or will ya have to get your own? Either way if it is big enough for a Christmas tree it can't hurt, better a step-up compared to what ya have now, no? Well I hope all works out and all, but I'm curious won't it be crazy to pack-up around the holidays? Moving requires too much effort that I'd be willing to do just before the holidays. However, at the same time it would be enticing and exciting to find numerous ways to decorate a new house in time for Christmas.. My fave.. Good luck either way! <3
