neka yay its so close to christmas WHOO anywho this is a fic ive been working so hard on btw it is in shippuuden and its so cute ^_^ hope you like it

Neka sat in her window seat on Christmas Eve watching the snow silently fall in the setting sun. She was dressed in warm flannel pajamas and held a glass of warm hot chocolate. Normally she would have been down stairs with her mother helping with the fireplace. Apparently Neka was the only one who could light it and keep it lit. She heard her mother grumble loudly when the fire died for the fifth time, “Neka could you PLEASE come and help me with the fire?!” her mother called up the stairs. Neka set her hot chocolate down on the seat and slowly got up and opened the door, “sorry mom i……I just can't.” Neka answered. She closed the door and walked back to her window and held her hot chocolate trying to get her fingers warm, “I just can't.”Neka thought, “it reminds me of Sasuke….when we were home by ourselves, he would come over, and we would light the fireplace together, roast marshmallows and…..” she clutched her heart when she thought about Sasuke; He still was in the sound village. “Sasuke…..are you ever going to come back home…I miss you” the white tiger ninja whispered. She felt her tears come out of her eyes, roll down her cheeks, and fall on her bell around her neck. She sniffled and brought her legs closer to her chest. Down below, Hikyuu was playing in the snow with some of her friends. She looked up at Neka and waved, Neka smiled sadly and waved back. Then Hikyuu got nailed in the face with a snowball. She shook the snow out of her face and laughed. Soon the front door opened, casting a warm light on the white snow. Hikyuu said good-bye to her friends and ran inside. Neka looked back over Konoha; it looked like a city dusted with powdered sugar and the snow was still floating down. “I wish you could see this Sasuke…it’s so beautiful.” Neka thought. She then got up and turned on her radio. It was set to the Christmas station the song ended and a new song began,

As the snow fell softly Neka heard Hikyuu laugh at their fathers attempt to light the fireplace. Neka sighed and looked back outside just as the sun fell and night descended over Konoha.

slowly houses all over the village started to light up with Christmas lights. The hidden leaf took on a new appearance. Neka's eyes sparkled as she watched the snow on the ground shine like millions of little diamonds on the ground. Neka leaned her head on the window watching the lights sparkle. She dosed off then woke up the house was silent but she heard the fire crackle softly. Neka rose from the window seat and crept down the stairs. The living room was dark expect for the dark orange embers from the dying fire. Neka sat down in front of the fire staring at the embers she heard the song she had fallen asleep to playing again…..

Memories of being with Sasuke on cold nights flashed in Neka's mind helping him light the fire and snuggling with him. Neka fought back tears everyday these memories were getting harder to forget. Then realization dawned on her, “I prayed for someone to love me for who I was…..” she thought.
“I didn’t find you Sasuke…we found each other.” Neka thought she got up feeling tired from crying she made her way up the stairs softly singing along with the refrain,

“I want to hold you avenger. I need you more and more.” Neka thought. She opened the door to her room.

Neka smirked a little at said line, “my heart was secretly breaking until you came.” she brushed her long ebony hair and slowly climbed into bed hugging her Sasuke plushie close. Neka felt herself get more and more sleepy.

“Out of all the girls in the village you gave your love to me.” Neka closed her eyes and just as she fell asleep she whispered….

~later~ (btw the song is still playing in the back round must be a very popular song)
Slowly Neka's window started to open. Silently a figure crept into her room and approached her sleeping form. Sasuke looked down at Neka he touched her cheek and immediately felt the tips of his fingers get a warm tingle. “You’ve gotten more beautiful the past two years” he whispered. Neka rolled on her side, causing her hair to cascade on to the floor and for the first time in two years Sasuke heard the soft jingle of the bell around Neka's neck. Sasuke couldn’t help but smile “you're so beautiful” he thought.


Sasuke kept smiling he reached down and stroked Neka's cheek again. He felt like he could just live in this moment forever. Neka mewed softly at Sasuke's touch the corners of her pink lips turned up in a smirk. Sasuke could feel his body get warmer and warmer.

“No matter how old we get kitty you'll always be so beautiful” Sasuke whispered. He leaned down and kissed her lightly on the cheek. Neka moved slightly when she felt the lips on her cheek. Then Sasuke started to sing softly and even in sleep Neka sang with him.


“I needed you more than I thought. ******** power, I need you.” Sasuke thought. Neka rolled onto her back she started purring. Sasuke grinned and he sang a little louder.

“my heart was almost completely broken into a million pieces …until I felt your warm hands around it …you saved me Neka….you saved me and my heart you made me warm again. ” Sasuke thought. Neka’s eyes moved slightly and she whispered,
Neka smiled and hugged her plushie close Sasuke whispered in her ear,


Neka's eyes squeezed and they both sang,

Slowly Neka's eyes opened and she looked up and saw Sasuke smiling at her “kitty” he whispered. Neka blinked, she reached up and touched his cheek. “I’m…I’m not dreaming …SASUKE!!!!!!” she screamed she sat up and threw her arms around Sasuke's neck feeling the warmth she had missed for so long. “I missed you so much.” Neka said trying so hard not to cry. “So did I kitty I missed you everyday” Sasuke replied stroking her long black hair. “I probably already know the answer to this question but….. Are you back???” Neka asked her hand gripping his shirt. Sasuke smiled “Merry Christmas kitty…”Sasuke said he leaned close to her face “I'm back…to stay” he whispered with a smile. Neka eyes widened she started crying. “What’s wrong Neka” Sasuke said putting his arms around her. “It’s nothing I'm just so happy.” Neka said between sobs. Sasuke hugged Neka close and softly they sang

“I needed you so much Neka.” Sasuke said “me to Sasuke me to all I wanted to do was holding you and never let go” Neka said tightening her grip on him.


“Neka you saved me you gave me something I thought I would ever have again…love” Sasuke said.


“And you gave me your love. Out of all the girls in the village, you love me” Neka said.

As the song ended Sasuke placed his lips on Neka's and they shared a kiss they had both been longing for and as the sun started to rise on Christmas morning both of them couldn’t have been more grateful for the gift they had given each other….. The gift of each other’s love.



.....hope you liked it the ending could have been a bit better ...but ....some times stuff like that happenes.leave a nice comment or i will get pissed ...very VERY pissed.
