i got an ionic air cleaner for my apartment, a brand new set of nonstick pots and pans (purple smile ), a bead storage box and a bunch of gift cards (michaels crafts, superamerica (gas) and target).
so i found myself with some cash in the form of gift cards today and it immediately started burning a hole in my pocket, lol. it's also snowing like crazy today. i am SO happy that our moving day has been postponed, doing it today would've really sucked.
i don't walk through snow very well but i have no problems whatsoever driving in it. in fact, i actually think it's a good time. i like to drive and i lead a charmed existence behind the wheel so yeah, bring it. biggrin anyway, me and amber decided to go spend my gift cards so off we went. the stores were a zoo but we didn't care... we hit target first and hung out in the starbucks there having coffee and sandwiches till we were warmed up and then wandered the store for a bit. i spent part of my gift card on a gaia cash card (i hope you all like your prezzis. smile ), amber got some dvd's and then we went to the craft store. i bought a bunch of beads and a poster frame for a picture i took and had enlarged to poster size. it really looks good framed, i'm rather pleased with myself at the moment:
then it was back home again.... we had a pretty good day.
