Tales from my campaign
Any kind of random crap I can come with, from snippets about my comics to fanfiction to pointless blathering. And reviews of stuff I buy, play, or watch for free on the internet.
Toys
Movie Transformer Toys are like origami rubik's cubes on crack. They look really cool though. "Easy to transform" my big, pasty butt. Thundercracker gave me a heck of a time.

WAAAAAAAH! I wanna see Wheeljack and Silverbolt movie-fied!

...........yes movie-fied IS a word. Regardless of whether or not I actually just made up the word or not. So Nyah. xp *rushes to come up with a definition*

Got the Transformers Music Label Soundwave mp3 player. In G1 color no less. (Not the creepy white and blue one they're trying to pass off as Soundwave.) He's a Japanese import I got at bigbadtoystore.com, and he looks and sounds gorgeous. The only thing better would for him to be the real deal. Of course if he was, he'd probably shoot me to bits for playing with him and dragging him everywhere. The little mp3 playing version that can sit on my desk like he owns the place will do just fine. We don't need any 25 foot tall Decepticons running loose in the world.

And there I go again rambling on about Transformers like a total fangirl.
Giant Robots: My anti-drug. *snicker* I should make that into a button or something. THAT would get me a few weird looks. Even more than my RVB pin, which I should put on my backpack again.

On a side note:
I could use a beta for my stuff. And a set of Armada plushies. Because the Armada cast would look utterly adorable as little chibis. Maybe I'll commission Yutaka to make me some. Yutaka-Yumi is a fantastic custom plushie and doll maker who frequents Deviant Art. I've already commissioned her to make a King of Sorrow plushie as a gift to my sister. She has done dozens and dozens of plushes for people, and is way behind on her work right now. I'll wait to commission her again when she gets caught up.

Graet googly moogly I can ramble.

Review time! This ones topic: Larry The Marine

It's a spin-off series of the Halo Babies comics, done by a fan on the site. He finally got his own website, hosted by the creator of Halo Babies. (WE LOVE YOU GRUNTSBANE!) The comic's off kilter humor and silly cast are sure to entertain. Where Halo Babies was generally done newspaper strip style, Larry The Marine has more of a comic book layout. The drawings are simple and clean, and the panels are perfectly sized for the action. While the art's not going to win any grand awards, it fits the tone of the comic well. And I must admit, the expressions are simply top notch. In short, go take a look and be amused. I know I cracked up something fierce.

I give it an 8/10 because it could use some polishing. It's still in it's comic infancy, so anything could happen.

I'll try and get my journal length and frequency up. I'm going to use it as part of my class journal for English. Since we have to write three to four one page entries a week. I might as well use this baby for something.

On a side note: I love Flat Earth Veggie chips. The Farmland Cheddar rocks. Peach Mango and Apple Orchard are yummy too. But I have a weakness for anything cheesy or fruit flavored. I can give up Lay's and Pringles, but if you try to take away the Cheetos and pears I go all Galvatron on you.
