The Little Girl
she was always alone and always in pain
She'd sit in the room lit by the sky
friendless and hapless is the way she destined to be
though now she's gone
lost in insanity
speaking of the demon that
crept through her veins
taking away pieces to her life.
Though her dreams of freedom
shooed them away
but they would lurk anyway
she only wished she was
where the wind can blow in her hair
where her dress can flutter with the air
where the flowers surround her
and warmth is all around her.
though the girl is just a child.
who is looking for someone
to save her, from the darkest
of her despair.
